I appreciate the hard work of Christ Skardoutos. I was on the seller side of the transaction, so I did not know Christ previously, as he was serving the buyer side of the transaction. Talk about horrible experience- MLO Christ S. only communication is thru text/email. I ask him to CALL and never does. Was looking to do a Mortgage loan but forget it now he is the most unresponsive loan officer I ever dealt with. If I have a question he sends an email says looking into will get back- and Nothing! A week of me trying to get him to respond so I am going with another lender - just very bad customer service to say the least.
