In the area and needed to cash a check. Great customer service until I asked to use the restroom. Her response “oh we don’t have a restroom for non customers” Considered this bank as an option to bank with but with that response no thank you.
This branch is a waste of time. Opened account, signed deals, next day they closed it. Opened the same at the bank next door and no problems whatsoever. Wasted 1 hour here.
Not a serious business. Sign papers to open one type of account, next day they notify you they changed it to a completely different account. Waste of time.
Bait and switch. Open one type of account, next day they call you and unilaterally renegotiate the whole deal. If you don't like it, it's $25 to close the account within 90 days of opening.
