I went in today to get something notarized, after discovering my own bank had no one on staff that was a notary. This place was dead; at least two employees and no customers there. They refused to notarize something for me because I am not a current bank customer. How do you expect to get customers with poor customer service? There is no reason to open an account here, ever.
Good customer service- pleasant &. efficient personnel.
Closed my accounts last year because of bad customer service. I needed a local bank this year and they gave me a hard time over some basic administrative stuff. They then would not open new accounts with me basically because they did not like me. This is a bad bank that will always be a bad bank because the upper management lets their stupid and spiteful employees behave badly at the expense of their customers. This bank is not customer focused and will sell you out at the drop of a hat.
