I have read several reviews about this branch. I don’t get it. I have been banking here for several years and I adore Ms Sue. She is always smiling. Always helpful! I have never had a problem with anyone. It is small and quiet. Don’t let the bad reviews bother you. It’s like the old Cheers show, they all know your name.
I went in today to get something notarized, after discovering my own bank had no one on staff that was a notary. This place was dead; at least two employees and no customers there. They refused to notarize something for me because I am not a current bank customer. How do you expect to get customers with poor customer service? There is no reason to open an account here, ever.
Good customer service- pleasant &. efficient personnel.
