Ridiculous place to finance a house. I have fixed interest and my morgage has increased by $500 over 5 years. Stay away
My husband and I were new to the area looking for a home and Kim Barnes at South State got us an awesome loan on a home. After moving in we set up all our other financial needs up through South State and we couldn't be happier. Everyone we have interacted with has been very professional and polite.

Very disappointed in the customer service today. A clerk yelled at me from across the room to take my sunglasses and hat off. I understand but yelling at me from across the room is unprofessional and disrespectful.
