I would like to recognize a Assistant Bank Manager Ms. Laura Navarro. I came into this Branch on Wednesday dealing with fraud activity in my account. I was upset and basically sick to my stomach. Laura worked with me for over a hour getting in touch with her fraud dept . Her gentleness and compassion was something you don’t see too much more.
