Friendly folks
I do not bank here but my grandparents do. When they go in this bank, they are always met with smiling faces. They know my grandparents by name. The people that work there are friendly and they are always laughing. I love the good vibes they bring and their branch manager is very sweet. If I did not live so far away I would bank here. But it is great knowing these people will go above and beyond for my elderly grandparents who are easily confused
Ok, let me tell you how awful this bank is. My boss writes his payroll checks using this bank. I go in this morning and explain to the lady id like to get this check cashed. She looks at the check pulls up the business name on the check. Picks up the phone and i ask her, who are you calling? She said the account holder to verify he did write/authorize this check to you. I said well, why would you have to do that? my names on the check, he signed the check and i signed the back of the check and gave her my valid drivers licen... read more
