My husband and I were judged right away. We were opening a checking account and they were very discriminated towards us. We had everything that was asked for and they still denied us. Not to mention we had money to deposit. Absolutely horrible service and disrespect from this bank. Don’t waste your time here. We would give them less than 1 star if we could. Reply: we already reported your actions to the appropriate authorities. We know for a fact that we were lied to and we have proof of that.
This bank is fantastic with phenomenal customer service. It’s why we chose them when opening our business account. April was fantastic helping me. She answered questions, offered advice on various services, and made the experience an absolute breeze. The bank branch director, Damion, showed interest in our business and discussed networking opportunities to help us grow. These people are purpose driven professionals who care.
I would like to congratulate Mr. Jensil Fernandez on having excellent customer service skills. I came to the bank to use the external ATM machine. I was unable to complete my transaction. I saw Jensil and waved to him for help. He immediately came outside to assist me to complete my transaction. Jensil greeted me with a warm smile.
