Staff could definitely stand to be friendlier. I was made to feel like a huge bother for using the teller for a simple transaction.
$8 to cash a check from your own bank because I’m not an account holder. Absolutely ridiculous charge. Staff could not articulate what the charge was for. The only explanation was the fact that I am not an account holder with them and said there would be no charge if I had an account. I guarantee you I will never have an account with a bank that does this.
