Excellent quality customer service
I had an excellent experience at SouthState Bank. It was my first time visiting the branch to pay my rent, and I wasn’t familiar with the process. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. The young woman with curly hair was very kind, professional, and patient; she explained everything clearly and also shared information about the bank’s services. Thanks to her great service, I’m considering opening an account. Highly recommended!
Fast service and to be honest I have been banking here for over 15 years, and to this day I have had not one charge I did not know about and have never had any mistakes on my accounts.
