I am so happy I ditched the big banks and came here. They are so friendly, every teller knows my name, my puppy, if she doesn’t come they ask where’s punk. There isn’t the hassle of the big banks, they truly care about their clients, I have witnessed it first hand. If you want somewhere that truly cares, this is it, the interest on your accounts is some of the highest. I will only ever bank with them and USAA.
Love this bank. Love the local non big bank. The ladies here know me by name, know exactly what I need everytime I walk it. Just your neighborhood friendly place. It has literally made me never want to work with a big bank again. They have great interest rates on accounts and it doesn’t hurt that the tellers and I always talk football when it’s that season!
Staff members are very nice and friendly!
