The free checking is nice but the savings account is garbage for interest and they charge hidden services charges despite your account being high enough to avoid it. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone for keeping a savings account.

Yeah good people always seem to help me out been there for 15 years
They are never open even on a Saturday, no customer service whatsoever this used to be Charter Bank Absolutely terrible
