Katie Caldow was an absolute professional throughout her handling my matter; a law library of legal knowledge - chip implanted into her brain - that I am sure of (!) as the massive volume of legal information that Katie rattled off at such speed, is second to none. She should be on the Bench as that's where her skill would reign. Her paralegal Katie Morrison is an absolute professional in all respects; was always respectful and sensitive in all her dealings with me. Highly recommend Southside Legal.
Very disappointed in their service. Spoke to them, had several emails then they ghosted me. Heard nothing from them after sending emails asking what to do next. It all seemed to hard and they weren't interested. They seemed all interested in my case then ghosted me cold, I was really disappointed in their lack of professionalism and compassion. Will not recommended them at all.
Awesome staff who are actually concerned and interested in your issue. I felt very comfortable. I am not sure if I was speaking to a paralegal however the young lady was very clever and was able to understand what I was trying to say. The lawyer I spoke with gave the impression instantly that he is very switched on. Thank you
