So unbelievably disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I tried for months to purchase a set of drawers for my nursery it was the perfect size and style, I really couldn't find anything comparable. I tried reaching out via email numerous times, via phone, text, even FB messenger. I occasionally received a response but was never able to follow the order through. I couldn't even get a confirmation whether it was in stock or not. So poor.
Southside Danish is a hidden gem, and a breath of fresh air after viewing a ton of over priced, poor quality, carbon copy stores. The quality of my sideboard is easily on par with $2k alternatives that I viewed before finding this company. It took me less than 5 minutes to decide that it was the one. It's unique and eye-catching aesthetic helped bring my living area together perfectly.
Purchased a side board a few weeks ago. Really well-made and looks great in our kitchen/dining area. Andrew was easy to converse with via email and was very responsive and straightforward. He delivered the piece a couple of days after payment. Really impressive, so thank you, Andrew!
