We came to Southside in March of 2021, coming off of a REALLY hard season of loss, grief, and loneliness (on top of the weirdness of COVID). Our first Sunday at Southside was all it took- we knew we'd found our home. My husband and I each sat and wept at the preaching, teaching, worship, and environment - we knew this was what we needed. Southside church is a friendly, Biblical church. We have attended for two years and have been continually impressed with the conviction of Pastor Ben’s sermons, and the outstanding youth programs. The church also provides many opportunities for fellowship by hosting activities like a cookie exchange at Christmas, a father daughter event, a mother son event and a youth get away in the summer.
