Mostly cheap items at a reasonable price. But, staffs specially the kenny Rogers with a glass look a like guy should not be in service industry. He will never greet you or thank you after the purchase and always have a take it or leave it attitude. I am willing to pay a little more and go somewhere else. If you think otherwise, you must be one of his close circle because I saw him treat some customer very differently.
The lumber at Southside is better than Home Depot and Lowes and alot lower in price. The service I receive is the best and better than the larger stores. They will load you truck or trailer for you.
We bought cabinets, tile and fans from Southside at unbelievable prices (in comparision to Lowe's & Home Depot). When we had problems with assembly, they showed us how to fix them. When there were irregularities, they replaced anything that wasn't like it was supposed to be. The prices & selection were great and the customer service was fantastic! Would recommend them to everyone!
they tell that they have good prices but what they dont tell you is that they sell you second quality merchandise at a first quality price , you are better off going to lowes and another thing the employees are more interested in getting you to get them to install there producte than they are selling you the merchandise they have in the store i would not recommend this place to ANY ONE .
