We have been Southside customers for at least the past 20 plus years. In recent times we have conducted business with the staff in the Brookshire s branch in Whitehouse. Awesome service, gracious and friendly attitude, and a sincere desire to help with all our financial needs. Not only that, but they have become friends as well. Great job!

I've been pleased with this this bank from the beginning. I left three banks and found a gem. The customer service is outrageous. I like the people, services and devotion of it's employees. The manager named Alicia always greets my wife and I with the best attitude. I do miss the previous manager named Scott, but the new manager is amazing and I'm glad she took his spot.
