I've been pleased with this this bank from the beginning. I left three banks and found a gem. The customer service is outrageous. I like the people, services and devotion of it's employees. The manager named Alicia always greets my wife and I with the best attitude. I do miss the previous manager named Scott, but the new manager is amazing and I'm glad she took his spot. I love this bank! All the girls are great: Alecia, Jenny, Tommy and Chloe are very good in their jobs. They are always friendly and helpful. I always leave with smile!!!!!!

The Southside Bank inside Brookshires in Whitehouse, Tx has been my bank for years. I've seen the people who served me promoted internally, and promoted to other branches. I miss Scott, and Imani, who always knew my name and account. Mrs. Priest is now the manager and I call her and Tommy Crow friends; in fact I call Southside friend.
