RecommendedI have been having trouble with my debit card since I opened up my account. I have called a couple different times and no results. but today I called and talked to Shane Gaskin and he fix my problem after 3 weeks he was awesome he even gave me a follow-up call to make sure that everything was taken care of. so thank you Shane for all of your service. Southside should thank Shane because after his help I will recommend them to everyone
I have worked and bank at Southside Bank for 23 years. Great community bank with our focus on our customers.
My debit card was eaten by their machine a day before I had to travel out of town. All they could tell me was that their policy was to not return cards....this created a great inconvenience for me (while traveling without a card), and I received zero help or empathy from them.
