I actually had recently worked with a young man and he was really considerate of me and my recent injury and helped me as much as he could and I am grateful to him. I hope that he has good karma for the rest of his days and thank you for helping me.

My daughter's car started having mechanical problems on the way home from Busch Gardens. Our insurance scheduled this company for a tow. We knew being so late it was going to take a while. The initial wait estimate was 75 minutes. A bit later 60 something minutes were added. When it got to be the time of arrival and no one showed up my daughter tried calling and no one would answer her calls and were putting the calls through to voicemal. I was disappointed to learn that as a commissioned notary in the State of Florida and in the county of Hillsborough in particular that my official seal and signature would not be honored simply because the owner and staff have never heard of an electronic notary before. In fact I was told by the staff that an electronic notary doesn't make sense.This is something that can be easily looked up with a 30 second google search.
