I never had microfiber sheets before so I thought I'd try them. There so soft, I'm just getting use to them, and fit over the mattress 3 inch topper very well. I'm glad I ordered 2 sets!!!
Not impressed. I placed an order, waited 2 weeks to hear about shipping and finally emailed, twice plus left a voicemail to find out where my order was only to see they canceled it with no explanation and no reply to phone message or emails. Edit to your "glad we were able to resolve" yes, I received my refund but still no contact as to why my ordernwas canceled. Canada shouldn't be a difficult place to shop to
Great quality bedding at surprisingly affordable prices! It's nice to find a company that makes king size sheets and quilts that actually cover the bed! I hadn't tried microfiber sheets before, but I'm converted after sleeping on them - way softer than cotton sheets!
Customer Service sucks! Expect a 11-day delivery, you’re told 2 -3. I’m returning unopened
