If I could give zero stars I would. The dispatch guy is rude, disrespectful and has no empathy. Today I had an appointment to see my doctor. The pick up was scheduled for 9:30 am. The female driver pulled up at 9:15 am. I'm an senior citizen with a seated walker and have a cast on my leg.This lady sat there ignoring me and pretended not seeing me. There wasn’t anything lower then a star or I would have given it. They are nasty, they hang up on the customers. Their dispatch is off the board. I would not send anyone I know to them. They should not !work with public let alone senior.
Saw one of there vans today ( july 10th 2026) @ 5:30 am speeding ( +10 over limit ) also crossing double yellow lines just to pass people, this happened over on 88th ave by the double kwik trip area roughly.
There was a time I could count on them picking up my child with Down Syndrome. But lately that has been an issue. Today nearly an hour late picking her up. Always the same excuse, understaffed and over booked for pick-ups. They never reach out to inform their customers that they are running behind, just wait for you to call them. Hopefully we can find another means of getting her to her program in a timely manner.
