All levels of staff have always been dedicated and caring. Well staffed and has a welcoming homely feel. Clinical team and management have been great.
I visit Southport Lodge on a regular basis as my sister lives here. I’m pleased with how wonderfully homely and comfortable it is here. The staff are very friendly caring and supportive and look after residents very well.
Our mother moved in a year ago, along with her four legged friend. The staff and management were so supportive of her. Over a short time her health problems increased and the staffed moved her room closer to office to make sure she received the best of care around the clock. We live out of state so organising her very special birthday was 100% supported by the staff. Each time we call mum is either sitting down to eat or just finished. Southport lodge is a family.
