DON'T USE THIS "BANK". We were with them for more than 15 years, and we had no issues until recently. I got my own account so my soon-to-be ex wouldn't have access to my money, but since they wouldn't let me close the joint account my ex was able to make that account go negative. Then they just took money from my account and put it in the joint account without my permission, and they won't put it back. I'm finding another institution to bank with now, since my money isn't safe with them.
Went in to open a checking and savings account. No one gave me the time of day or said anything to me. Waited for about ten minutes before someone finally asked what they could do for me. Told them what I wanted and said they were too busy at the moment and asked me to come back later. Won’t be going back.
