Went in to open a checking and savings account. No one gave me the time of day or said anything to me. Waited for about ten minutes before someone finally asked what they could do for me. Told them what I wanted and said they were too busy at the moment and asked me to come back later. Won’t be going back.

Been banking here for over 12 years. 5 years ago they changed the call 24 to another service went down hill from there to rarely working to now they ended the 24 hour call service. So I sit on the phone for long periods (30-45 min) before i get a live agent. So at 3:35 pm today I called i was the 19th caller in Q. Waited for 30 minutes on hold and decided to take the option to have them call me back. Now it's 4:40 pm still no return call. Waited till 4:45 pm I called back the recording says they are closed. They used to be a great bank. Willing to work with you and were transparent. Now is very cut throat. Service sucks now. Not willing to work with the people that been with them for over the years. As they got bigger it went down hill. Text and calls are almost harassment. They stopped caring. Sad to see.
