We opened a checking account with the minimum for free checking … which was $100 in August 2023. Southpoint took all of our money until we were overdrawn this month and only then finally sent us letter. Called Trussville Branch and the nice young lady that signed us up said they changed policy for free checking to $300 minimum balance in November 2023 and we should have got a letter.
