I've been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks because this team truly deserves the recognition. First, I want to give a huge thank you to Monique from Customer Service. She went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. She kept in touch through email, stayed a little past the end of her shift to make sure everything was taken care of, and walked me through every step until my account was fixed. Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk and even came out and harassed the law abiding citizen standing on the public sidewalk
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this place!
Actually astonishing how proactively rude they are. Like it must take effort on their part. I came in to make a deposit for my credit union. The person seemed to have no time for me despite not having anyone else in the lobby and kept telling me to use the ATM despite the size of my deposit not making me comfortable doing that. Absolutely baffling. I'm still shocked because this is a simple transaction. Will not be coming back.
