For the first time in all my years with Southland, from Los alamitos to Carson to being a regular at this branch, I was turned away while attempting to deposit a check from the same employer, with all the same information that my checks always had. I really miss the old manager and the old tellers who didn’t even need my debit card to check me in because they knew me by name and would have my profile up as soon as I’d walk up! Totally wasted my time today, it’s unfortunate.
Not the greatest customer service and never really helpful.
Great credit union with good products. Easy access to tellers & always plenty of parking. Customer service is always prompt and friendly.
