Both ATMs not working? I do my thing to withdraw money and when everything seems fine, it gives my card back, says thank you and gives me a receipt for zero withdraw. Its not like there is a Southland credit union at every corner. Uggh

For the first time in all my years with Southland, from Los alamitos to Carson to being a regular at this branch, I was turned away while attempting to deposit a check from the same employer, with all the same information that my checks always had. I really miss the old manager and the old tellers who didn’t even need my debit card to check me in because they knew me by name and would have my profile up as soon as I’d walk up! Totally wasted my time today, it’s unfortunate.
Not the greatest customer service and never really helpful.
