Very friendly staff and helpful
Currently in line with other 15 people with additional 2 people currently being helped by two tellers. Manager doing nothing inside the office and 3 other staff members just seating down helping no customers. Shame! What a waste of payroll hours.
The bank is solid with some of the best rates but tellers need to be trained more. They are awfully slow
I got fed up with this bank's strict lending policy toward A- credit depositors . I deposit at minimum of 80,000 annually through my payroll deposit and maintained a balance of $20,000 and yet the bank only gave me a credit card with $1000 limit? The final straw was when I applied for 10, 000 personal loan ( w/ 750 fico & no debt), it was denied and instead the bank offered $2000 loan!
