What a hidden GEM! such a beautiful, peaceful place. Yoga in “the barn” was the highlight of my day. Check out their little shop while you’re there. They have a tumeric drink mix that is superb!

What a treat to have this facility within walking distance to my home. Beautiful astetics and setting. I was having trouble with my neck, I called in the morning. Southlake Spa fit me in that afternoon with a wonderful one hour massage. I am excited to try the salt and bowl/sound therapy, yoga and pilates.
