Great atmosphere, caring and friendly staff.
My father is extremely happy at Southgate. The staff is always friendly and outgoing, he is very happy with the meals, and very happy with everyday life there. Thanks to all the staff for making him feel very comfortable.
I sincerely wish to thank the staff at Southgate for the friendly and caring recovery time that I experienced there after surgery. All were ready with smiles, conversation,, hugs, and assistance when needed. I indeed felt welcome. The choice of meals was much appreciated, and without exception, I found one that I enjoyed. As well, the dining room staff were consistently cheerful and so very competent. Overall, such a wonderful experience!
I am so grateful for the time I had in the respite care after surgery at Southgate residence! I met the most amazing residents and staff! I have made some truly special friends!. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the care compatible to none other!! Thank you so much Southgate residence for your service to those who need care at their most vulnerable time in life!😊❤️
