Staff is an amazing team and so helpful with my mom. Kim at the front desk is always so friendly and goes above and beyond. The PSW's and the kitchen staff are always so friendly and the daily menu is always balanced and sounds delicious. Everyone seems happy, including the residents. The fun co-ordinator, Valerie, always has fun activities planned.
Southgate is a wonderful place to reside. My mom unfortunately only had the opportunity to enjoy it for a week before her health turned for the worst real quick and passed away. Jaclyn and Kim were so kind and cared so much for mom. To all the other workers, you do an amazing job everyday. If anyone is looking for a place, Southgate is the place to be. Sincerely Sue Cassidy
Thanks to Kim and staff at Southgate for the excellent service that my husband had there during his respite a few weeks ago. Kim was exceptional with her warmth that made us realize that was where we wanted my husband to be. Thank you!!
