They have a monopoly on hardware in this valley so saves a trip to town, but the attitude there is as bad as any place Ive ever dealt with. Customer service is a zero and attitude a 7 out of 10. The short manager is just a miserable human being to deal with. But they have a hell of a hardware selection.
