Bad place!!! My mother was there for three weeks for physical therapy. She had only been there four days and she had a very big bruise on her leg. They didn’t know how it happened🤷♂️ Dirty spoons laying on the floor right along with a dirty disposable glove! When she called for help, it took forever to get a response from an employee!!!!! Don’t take your loved one there!!!!!!
Our experience with Southfield Wellness Community has been incredibly awesome! My boyfriend’s Dad,Gus Dermand, has been at the center for several years. He has been treated with love & respect. The facility is always very clean & the staff is very knowledgeable & very caring. I’m so glad he is at Southfield. I believe that is why he is doing so well at 100 yers old.
What a joke of a place, don’t bring your loved one’s here. The management is just corrupt and if you’re looking to start a career path wrong place to choose. The managers here don’t know what’s ever going on it seems like. And they don’t know how to train people the right way. Find out for yourself if you’d like.
They are a very caring & well run facility. My boyfriend's Dad has been there for over 14 years. We are very pleased with the care he receives.
