Would give less than 1 star if I could but won't post if you do. Stay far away from Souther Water Service, worst customer service ever. Ordered a part and took them 4 days to pull the order and ship, apparently they are just a middleman and don't stock anything, after several phone calls and e-mails they shipped the item. When i discovered on the 3rd day they hadn't shipped my part I called another parts provider and had the item within 24 hours. Original part from Southern arrived 6 days after the order was placed.
