I’m not one to use valet services at airports but I recently was in a rush at CAE and decided to try it. The attendant on my departure was Keith very nice shirt tucked in and he even offered to help me with my luggage. Upon return my car was already up and waiting for me Jake was very nice thanked me for using them and made me feel like a valuable customer. I’ll probably use them whenever I fly from CAE. With the limited time you have at the entrance to unload this is a huge help for handicapped with wheelchairs.
Awesome experience! Had a non-valet related issue with our car not starting and Brady went above and beyond. He patiently helped us troubleshoot the problem and alerted us when Audi roadside assistance showed up. We ended up having to leave the car there because it was so late and we were from out of town with nowhere to stay last minute. What excellent service, Brady is exceptional.
Great company with a great owner. Jordan ensures that customers are taken care.
