We had dinner at Halls Chophouse which is serviced by Southern Valet. After dinner, we picked up our car. There was no mention of any issues. The next morning, I walked out to a significant dent in my drivers door. I had the valet tag, so I called Southern Valet. They put me in touch with their insurance company. I filled out the form and they asked me for a description of who I dealt with.
