This man and his office are just great. He took time for me to calm my fears and explained what I could expect. I could not have asked for better council. His questing was spot on. I would recommend him and his firm. I put my freedom in his hands and he delivered. I had never been in the uncharted waters before and wow. He delivered.
Justin Caplin is one of the nicest and finest attorneys I’ve had the privilege to know. He’s smart. Has exceptional ideas. He’s compassionate. Anyone in southern Utah that needs a family law attorney should give him a call. I’ve worked with hundreds of attorneys. Justin is amongst the best.
Please read other reviews. I wish I would have. He does seem to side with fathers, even abusive ones. He didn’t fight for me and my kids or even validate us. It was emotionally traumatic
Anyone that gives this guy a 5 star is seriously ill. I had a court case that was extremely tone sensitive. I paid the money to get the process going and then I heard nothing from his office for over a week. When I finally called and asked for a progress report, someone in the office told me he was out on a family emergency. I understand that things happen, but someone should've taken the reigns and continued the progress on my case.
