Ray does quality work at a fair price. But what really stands out is his commitment to communicating clearly. Ray kept his promises, returned calls/texts and was willing to customize/improve on the factory work.
Texted about work for my car seats, the person asked for photos. I sent. Didn't acknowledge receipt until I asked 4 hrs later. Another 4 hrs later I texted asking about an apprx cost. Never a word. A day later, no word. Lousy behavior for a business.
Friendly and helpful. Ray was very professional and talked us through the project and had great advice. Uses great quality fabrics. Glad we stopped and will continue to use for our upholstery needs.
Southern Upholstery did an amazing job repairing my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu’s backseat cushion! I was able to get an appointment quickly and the repair only took an hour and a half. I would highly recommend them to anyone, thank you again!
I had Ray repair a rip in my boat cushion as well as the driver seat in my Pickup truck. Both repairs were done quickly, and at a fair price! The results were like brand new!
