I've always had the Best Physical Therapy Care that anyone could ever ask for at Southern Therapy Services in Bremen Georgia. I have Degenerative Disc Disease and since February 2006 I've had 4 Spine Surgeries. I've had 2 Disc Replacements and Fusions with Hardware attached in my Neck and 2 Lower Spine Surgeries including 1 L5-S1 Disc Replacement and Fusion with plate attachment.
