This is a lovely local firm that I used for my recent house sale. Claire and her team were professional, friendly, and kind from start to finish. They even have an app that lets you see what stage the sale is at whenever you want, which was a nice touch. I found their communication excellent, and their fees very reasonable.
Kept me informed throughout the whole process, would not hesitate to recommend. All my family use them.
I had a very negative experience with this service. They are extremely slow, rarely answer emails or phone calls, and are very hard to communicate with. Only the reception staff are available, and unfortunately, they cannot provide the help needed. Despite having all necessary documents ready, they did not process them on time. Terrible experience with this firm. I was recommended by a friend and thought I would rather use a local small company and what a mistake that was. Started out well working with a lovely person named Amy. Amy left the organisation without any warning or letting clients know. Nobody had access to her emails or her cases, so my house sale was just sitting there without anyone looking at it.
