Since the merger with first bank, my banking experience sucks! I would really appreciate being able to spend my money. Everything gets declined if it isn't set up on auto pay. I did NOT have this problem with Southern States bank. I loved Southern States bank! Do not use this bank! I will be leaving as soon as I find a bank they are NOT merging with!!!

9/25/23: Buying more $2s today. For those those that take the time to read this Review, I’ll briefly explain why our family uses $2s to Celebrate out son’s Life. A money till has room for $1s, $5s, $10s, $20s. $2s are segregated else where. Just like people with Mental Illness. Our family using $2s causes people to pause & think, & frequently ask why a $2. I have had a great experience working with SSB. The customer service provided by Brandi is one in a million as you do not get honest and specific details from regular customer service departments now a days. Brandi goes above and beyond to help our company with any inquiries. I thank SSB for hiring someone like Brandi who is knowledgeable and has amazing people's skills.
