First and worst bikini wax of my entire life. I was extremely nervous and was not pampered in any way. Called ahead and asked if there was a recommendation for length of hair. I was told that it didn't matter. Got there and was told that wasn't true but the person didn't offer to trim first! Began waxing with no preparation whatsoever. No warm towel or anything!! Makenzie is a sweet soul, cares about people, and is amazing at what she does. She is the only one I let do my lashes now.
