Terrible experience picking up here. Called ahead to let them know I was coming. I'm an LTL picking up 4 pallets and had multiple stops to pick up today. They lied to me and told me my order wasn't approved by sales yet. I got that song anf dance for 2 hours all while the broker begged me to stay. Then they told me my order would be ready after 130PM but that if I left they wouldn't pick my order. At 130 I was told my order just got there. At 230 I was given a dock and went inside.
