Already a big YWK (Yoga with Kennedy) fan, I went to my first and definitely not last salty yoga session this morning. 2 hours post I am still feeling the amazing effects. I left feeling calm yet energized. My sinuses are clear for the first time in a long time which also makes my head feel clear - I didn’t realize how much brain fog I was suffering from until now that it’s completely gone! Stopped in for a 20 minute Salt Room Session during a girls trip. The staff was so friendly and informative. Relaxing in the salt room with my friend was so much fun. The price point for our session was totally reasonable. I would definitely recommend a visit!
I did a salt session and it was just amazing! So relaxing!
Wonderful staff, I have been doing the red light room for inflammation and swelling seems to be helping my knee, started to do the salt room loved this as well. Wonderful place and I keep going back :)
