Stay away from this company good customer service I ordered on end of March 20 bass items only received 15 package just showed up because I made an error with my shipping address. However all I wanted is items replaced or another item at equal value or better just replaced. They had to call owner and said file a claim with USPS. It's pretty sad whenever the employees care more to try to please the customer then the actual owner. I am sure they are a great company and definitely have great prices just make sure that you request shipping from any service other than USPS. I may never see the sweet rod that I bought from them. Stuck in Indianapolis likely for ever based on news stories. Word of advice stop sending through USPS until they get this figured out. Also would have liked a response to my email. Giving them a 4, a 5 if I ever get my rod.
