Very Professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Rachel went above and beyond to be sure I was happy and got what I was looking for. The customer service here is second to none! The little details even with the way my blanket was packaged when I picked it up made a difference to me, it showed the time and effort put in to make this experience a great one. Rachel was also super friendly and kind to my 4 year old daughter. Even brought out a treat for her :) Thank you... you have a customer for life!
