Very good and trustworthy company.
he technician who came to service my generator was very professional and helpful. My problem is with the management and the lady who answered the phone. I called Southern Power Systems to service my Generac generator. I specifically asked the manager, "what are you rates?" He said He told me the hourly rate and per mile rate from the office to my residence. I agreed to the rates. The tech came out made some adjustments to my fuel regulator valve, inspected the spark plugs and air filter. He said they need to be replaced. He ... read more
Great service here and extremely helpful office staff.
The people working there were very nice. The technician, Lee checked out and reset my generator operation and gave me some pointers that wasn't in the manual. Be prepared for the bill tho, it is definitely not cheap. As far as I can tell, the bill was worth the results.
