Dad has recently moved in to Southern Plus East Fremantle and I am very impressed with the level of care provided by the staff. The place itself has great facilities, excellent security features and lovely rooms. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

I don’t know where to start! Is it: the constant change of management. 18months there has been 6 different managers but 7 managers as they tried one twice.
