Dr Wan did not listen to my questions, but instead went off on a tangent selling the benefits of some software she recommends and the evils of eating peanuts. It was one of the strangest doctor visits I have experienced. I look for doctors who listen, then suggest a path to improvement: a partner in my health care. Instead, I felt like I was being talked down to. Yeah I know I'm overweight. But I don't need a doctor who simply tells me I am doing EVERYTHING wrong. Very very nice Dr and facility. I finally feel heard.
She is not very helpful, she doesn't really listen to you when you explain your symptoms, problems, feelings. She will drop you if you don't align with her schedule. Missed a rescheduled appt that that did not tell me about. Her scheduler was very rude. When I called to rescheduled she said I have been dropped.
Absolutely love Dr Wan. She’s amazing and super helpful. Wonderful results
