I enjoy working on me weight issues with Dr Wan who has a lot of good advise and is always willing to answer your questions.
Dr Wan is patient, caring and really involved your personal journey. She has a very kind spirit.
My first time I went did this facility? I got a Great impression because the doctor who’s taking care of me, she explained to me everything the way I had to do. She told me he’s going to take a lot of work. I did it pretty good. Definitely I do recommend this facility
While Dr. Wan is an incredible, highly skilled physician, her office staff is deeply unprofessional. After receiving a dozen aggressive phone calls in a single morning while severely ill, I was threatened with being dropped if I didn't attend my appointment. I agreed to a telehealth visit to accommodate them, going completely out of my way while actively vomiting to ensure I was available by phone. Im really confused by what the negative reviews are saying because for one she always gets us in quickly and works with us. My husband and i both see her. She has hand printed me recipes, has emailed me recipes. She does like the app so she can find out how and what your eating and when to better suit your personal needs. She has a no nonsense personality but she warms up as u get going. I take both kids in every single time and shes always been friendly to them and she has hand drawn pics all over her office.
