Terrible customer service that felt completely biased. I understand their job and the validity of debts. They were completely disrespectful. Unreasonable. I have never met such utter disrespect. The absolute worst they would rather garnish your wages than work with you
This agency keeps adding to my account when I pay every month. And they have no one to answer a phone call to see why this is happening I’ve called multiple times with no call backs!
