Terrible customer service that felt completely biased. I understand their job and the validity of debts. They were completely disrespectful. Unreasonable. I have never met such utter disrespect. Im experiencing such hardships but there was no compassion nor even spoken with in a respectful manner. Everyone needs help and understanding as situations change.
