This company is absolutely terrible and are trying to collect on an account that has been paid in full for months despite the fact I never received a proper bill from the original creditor and after a phone call with the original creditor I paid the original creditor in full. This company commits fraud and I recommend leaving a review with the BBB if you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with them. They are suing my fiancé for a water bill at a residence he hasn’t lived at for two years. My fiancé holds proof of paying up bill every month, moving out confirmation, and even receiving deposit back from landlord. They will lose this case.
