Dirty water often. Today, it looks like weak coffee in the washing machine. This has happened many times before. They ran a water line through my property without an easement, but later said they had one, and then later admitted they did not have an easement. Poor service, hateful attitude and tone from those who answer the phone at their office.

I have been a customer of SOWC for years. I have always been treated well. UNTIL...you deal with the lady IN the office named SUE! This woman is So RUDE! I called down to tell them I had a water leak at the meter. she calls me back. NO, the leak is ON MY SIDE, ok...I asked what should I do? Any suggestions on Who to call...she pops off in an ugly tone...ITs Called A PLUMBER!" "Uhh. Been a Customer for almost 6 years, only because I have no other choice, other then buying water from the store. Their water is sometimes yellow , or its redish.Ive called many times to get this fixed. It never seems to get permanently fixed. I get letters in the mail with my bill saying every other month or so saying they didnt pass EPA drinking water standard. Due to this , I dont drink their water unless its ran through a filter .
