I donated All of My Families Clothing, Toys, & miscellaneous items Everytime I do a Deep Cleaning of Our Home, to help Those Who sometimes have nothing. Instead of making money & selling it, I rather it go to Someone that can use it! I don't know what happens to the stuff once I drop it off, but I pray it goes to the Families!

While I was at the shelter, I had to be hospitalized to take care of some injuries I sustained. While I was there, the staff riffled through the room I was assigned and found a spoon I used to eat ice cream. When I was discharged from the hospital, I was met with rude attitudes telling me I had an hour to pack and leave because they said it was "drug residue" on the spoon they found. For women who are trying to escape abuse this is a safe haven, ladies are sweet and very nice and kind. They offer services in many different areas. They also help find resources that fit the situation one is in.
