Always great service and food. Try the skillet breakfasts...Yum!
We purchased hearing aids for my 92 year old mother. The best part about these new aids is the service David provides after the sale. He has been very responsive and strives to give Mom the best quality hearing at all times. As problems arise (user error and wax buildup), David is quick to help her. His level of customer service is off the chart wonderful.. . 6 stars would be more accurate.
I have dealt with several so-called hearing specialists over the last 20yrs. Dave truly knows what is needed to achieve hearing improvements. Others go to school for 2yrs and think they 'know it all'! This guy actually cares. He knows how to deal with individual issues and explains the 'why's' of problems. Give him a try, you'll at least learn a bunch, then decide for yourself.
After getting my hearing tested by Dave I realized how much I needed hearing aids. Dave was so good at explaining the process and then teaching me how to use them. After each visit I learn something new. It really is a learning process! My husband was able to come to each visit and that helped me to remember everything Dave said. Thanks Dave! Joan
