Easy process
Recently, my friend an I went on a much anticipated megladon tooth dive with Gary from SMD aboard the "Ledge Tender". While an unexpected storm did cancel our first day of diving, our second day of diving went without a hitch. The boat, Captain and crew were spot on with proceedure and execution of safe and successful dives. These were challenging dives for me (depth and gear). No matter who is working the shop they are always so helpful and welcoming. Especially with new or rookie divers like myself
Today I picked up my regulator after some necessary maintenance. Marcus quickly located it and showed me several of the parts that were replaced. I appreciate the fact that I received an email stating that the item was ready, as well as the amount due. The shop was stocked and tidy.
